How I Coach Clients

Every coach has his or her own coaching style based on their education, strengths and experience.

Here’s what I do:

I encourage my clients. It’s my job to make you feel good, to show you that I genuinely care about you, and to help you to believe in yourself (because I do!).

I share my expertise and resources with my clients. This saves you painful hours of trying to figure everything out by yourself. If you don’t already know me, I own three successful businesses, one of which is a marketing company. My areas of expertise are: direct marketing, sales strategy (such as upsells, downsells, cross-sells), increasing revenue, developing a winning mindset, and business turnaround.

I ask questions. I want to know everything I can about you and your business, as long as you want to share. I want to know your feelings, and what your struggles and frustrations are. I want to know what keeps you up at night so I can try to help you get through your dark times.

I am objective. Because I am not immersed in your situation, I often see things about your businesses that you cannot see.

I show you specific strategies to increase sales, increase revenue, attract new clients and much more.

I look for insights to discover that wherever my clients are in their business and life, is exactly where they are supposed to be – for now. Everything you’ve been through until now has happened for a reason.

I tell my clients they are perfect the way they are. Have you ever had anyone praise you and believe in you to this extent? You’d be surprised how effective the right cheerleader can be! I love to watch as you gain confidence and soar!

I repeat back to you what I think is going on, based on what you’ve described. I help you to objectively see the big picture and what needs to happen to get where you want to be.

I ask you what you need or want from me right then. I do not have my own agenda for my clients. I ask what you want for yourself and I help you get there.

I offer business building strategies, and we discuss what feels right for you. I explain exactly how to implement everything that I suggest. I like to offer simple advice that is tailored to your personality, your business and your budget.

I help my clients to identify limiting beliefs and to know the difference between “fake fears” and “real fears.” I challenge you to take action while respecting how difficult it can be to do so.

I ask more of my clients than you would do on their own.
